On Saturday morning Karen and I headed over to D-Bat Avondale for a decent round of batting practice. Needed to shake off some rust, since it's been a week since I took some swings. I noticed a big difference between hitting off a real pitcher and the machine at D Bat. My timing initially was way off. But found a groove as I get into it. Looking forward to tonight's Welcome Reception to kick off Camp.
