Batting Practice Sessions have Started!

 As we begin 2025 calendar flips to October, we begin pre camp batting practices at Swingtime Baseball Academy. 

A very light turnout last night, but as we get closer to camp the crowd will pick up!

Conditioning Has Commenced!

 Last month I started my pre camp conditioning. Basically it consists of initial cordio, some stationary bike, but mostly my old reliable Erg (rowing machine). It's a great overall workout. But I feel like this guy.....

"We keep you alive to serve this ship, so row well and live!"

 This month I actually start "Baseball" activities. 

It's Official. I'm all signed up!

 Yessir! I'm officially head back to Goodyear Arizona! Signed up yesterday. Camp will be from January 10th to the 17th! Looking forward to seeing my friends and playing some baseball.

Less than a year to go!

 Anytime I don't attend camp, I live vicariously through the Facebook Camp page. I've been looking at it for the last week or so. I enjoy reading the posts. I especially like reading the posts from the rookies. I like to see the stats and the game results. I vividly remember heading out for my first camp eleven years ago. That's hard to believe. One of the best decisions we every made was going to camp back in 2014. I have made so many friends by doing so. Worth every penny each time I headed out.
